The Great Library Quest In-Person

How to play?

Register for the training here, access the training programme online on PlayTours and complete the tasks assigned. More instructions on PlayTours will be sent from 5 August 2024 onwards so please check your emails!

Some things to note:

You'll need a mobile phone with Internet access as we'll be giving you a link on PlayTours (web-based app) to access the game; some tasks require the scanning of QR codes
Register individually (You can play with your friends but to claim a goodie bag, you must register separately)
Do NOT use the Incognito/Private mode of your browsers as they will be unable to save your game progress. Once a window is closed, you will have to restart the game from the beginning
There are multiple tasks over the 8 weeks; you do not have to attend everyday. Choose the ones that pique your interest and accumulate the minimum number of points if you want to claim a goodie bag
Workshops require a separate registration. Do register through the link provided in the task if you're interested
Activities are available at both Central Library and Medicine+Science Library, please take note of the location when you are attempting an activity

PlayTours

You can input any name on PlayTours. Try not to use your staff/student ID as the leaderboard will be viewable by the public. Be as unique as possible!
Input your email to ensure a game link is sent to you should you accidentally close your browser
Ensure you input your NUS email a second time on PlayTours when prompted so we can identify your agent ID on PlayTours
